These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") set forth the general terms and conditions governing your use of the Skywatches website at www.skywatches.com.sg ("Website") and any related products and services (collectively, "Services"). This Agreement is legally binding between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Skywatches ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Website.

1. General

1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Skywatches website and the purchase of all products, including watches, watch straps, clocks, and related accessories.

1.2 Skywatches reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

1.3 Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services. All transactions are conducted over SSL-secured, encrypted communication channels.

2. Eligibility

2.1 By using this Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are accessing the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

2.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account, and to update such information promptly if it changes.

3. Products & Pricing

3.1 All items sold by Skywatches are 100% authentic, genuine, and brand new with their original serial numbers intact. We do not sell used or pre-owned items.

3.2 All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3.3 Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the customer and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product sold.

3.4 We strive to ensure all product information is accurate. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical or pricing error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price — whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment processed. If payment has already been charged, we will issue a full refund promptly.

3.5 Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in colour or appearance due to monitor settings, photography lighting, or minor manufacturing differences.

4. Orders & Payment

4.1 Placing an order on our Website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.

4.2 Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This is an acknowledgment of receipt, not an acceptance. Acceptance is confirmed when we dispatch the order and send a shipping confirmation.

4.3 All orders go through three stages of quality checks by our team before dispatch to ensure every item is shipped in pristine condition, free from physical and mechanical defects.

4.4 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods listed at checkout.

4.5 If you decide to cancel an order after it has been placed, we reserve the right to charge a restocking and administration fee. Please contact us as early as possible at hello@skywatches.com.sg to request a cancellation.

4.6 Skywatches shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your payment credentials.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Free international shipping is available on orders above USD $200 (or as stated on the Website at the time of purchase).

5.2 We strongly encourage customers to provide a signature on delivery to prevent loss, damage, or theft. Please ensure your mobile phone number is listed at checkout so carriers can provide automatic delivery updates.

5.3 Please inspect all product(s) upon delivery. If there are any damaged or incorrect items, you must notify us at hello@skywatches.com.sg within 24 hours (or the next working day) of receipt.

5.4 Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Skywatches is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal services, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

5.5 Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered.

5.6 For international orders, the buyer is solely responsible for all applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes, and any other charges imposed by the destination country. These are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

5.7 If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed customs, we may reship the order at the customer's expense.

6. Return Policy & Cancellation

6.1 Our return policy applies to watches only and does not include accessories or watch straps.

6.2 To be eligible for a return, you must contact us at hello@skywatches.com.sg within 14 days of the purchase date to request a return authorisation. Unauthorised returns may be refused or subject to a 10% administrative/restocking fee deducted from the refund.

6.3 All returned items must:

• Be unworn, unaltered, and show no signs of use
• Include all original packaging, boxes (undamaged and not used as external shipping packaging), tags, and documentation
• Be packaged securely in bubble wrap for return shipment

6.4 For defective or incorrect items: We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of the defect or error before authorising a return. If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6.5 Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For international returns with a refund request, a flat USD $40 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the final refund amount. Any import fees incurred are also the customer's responsibility.

6.6 Refunds will be processed once returned items have been received, inspected, and accepted. Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Skywatches is not responsible for any differences due to exchange rate fluctuations or bank charges.

6.7 Orders paid via PayPal or bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.

6.8 Sale items are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or returns are accepted for items purchased on sale or during promotional events.

6.9 Skywatches reserves the right to reject a return if the product does not meet the above conditions. Items that do not comply will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

7. Warranty

7.1 All watches sold by Skywatches are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase for mechanical defects, including issues with timekeeping accuracy. Please refer to our Warranty Policy page for full details.

7.2 The warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage including scratches, dents, or damage caused by wear and tear
• Water damage beyond the watch's stated water-resistance rating
• Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, or non-observance of manufacturer guidelines
• Modifications, attempted repairs, or tampering by unauthorised third parties (which will void the warranty)

7.3 Watch straps are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. Defective straps will be replaced free of charge within this period.

7.4 For warranty servicing, please email hello@skywatches.com.sg with your order details and a description of the issue. Any duties or taxes charged by customs upon return of a serviced watch are the customer's responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on this Website — including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and data — is the property of Skywatches or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content on this Website without prior written permission from Skywatches.

8.3 Third-party brand names, trademarks, and logos referenced on our Website (including Seiko, Citizen, Orient, Casio, and others) remain the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only. Their appearance on our Website does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

9. User Content & Conduct

9.1 You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any content you submit to our Website (including reviews and comments).

9.2 By submitting content, you grant Skywatches a non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, or distribute that content for commercial or marketing purposes.

9.3 Skywatches reserves the right — but is not obligated — to monitor, review, or remove any user-submitted content that violates our policies or is harmful, offensive, or objectionable.

9.4 You agree not to use our Website for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.

10. Privacy & Electronic Communications

10.1 Your use of this Website is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using this Website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

10.2 When you visit Skywatches.com.sg or contact us electronically, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us in connection with your use of the Website and your orders.

10.3 We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfil your order or as required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Skywatches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our Website or products.

11.2 Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to that claim.

11.3 Skywatches does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

12. Third-Party Links

12.1 Our Website may contain links to third-party websites for convenience only. Skywatches has no control over those sites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including questions regarding existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

14.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
