If you choose the Express shipping method, we will ship your order via DHL Express Shipping or Janio. You will receive a tracking link in your email from the DHL Ex/Janio tracking system. If you haven't received the shipping confirmation email within 3 days, do make sure to check your spam folder instead.
If you choose Registered shipping (free shipping), we will ship your order by DHL e-commerce. A package reference number will be emailed in an 'Order Update' email to you within 5 days (the reference number will be in the comments section).
