Risk of Loss.

All items purchased from Sky Watch Dealers are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Our shipping term is strictly FCA Singapore. This means that the risk of loss, potential damage and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier of your choice. We endeavour to uphold fair responsibility only within our holding.

Refunds and Returns.

Sky Watch Dealers will only refund or credit you if the product is dead on arrival (DOA). We suggest you to make your decision carefully as we will not refund you if you changed your mind. For fair business practice, we cannot pass on your used or opened item to next customer. Sky Watch Dealers does not sell used, re-furbished, tampered items. You have 3 business days to report your DOA item for a refund or credit to be approved. Returns without our issued RA# number cannot be received.

Cancellation of Orders.

If you decide to cancel your order after it has been placed, we reserve the exclusive right to charge you a re-stocking and admin fee. For orders under €100.00 EUR, we will charge €25.00 EUR and for orders above €100.00 EUR we will charge €50.00 EUR. This fee is waived if it presents stock availability problems in which we will advise you of immediately.

Product descriptions.

Sky Watch Dealers and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Sky Watch Dealers does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Sky Watch Dealers itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition with only our issued RA# number.
