The E21 00 is equipped with Citizen's own Eco-Drive. The solar cell under the watch face captures light, thereby creating electricity. The electricity is stored in the rechargeable battery, which drives the watch movement. This feature eliminates the need for a battery change. Citizen has developed the technology to capture maximum light energy allowing 1/5 second hand movements for a continuous 12 hours.3. TICC (Titanium Carbide Coating) The E2100 Chronograph has Citizen's own TICC (Titanium Carbide Coating). Titanium is virtually rust proof and is allergy free. The coating achieves a hardness of 1,000-1,200 Hv, making it almost scratch proof. As a result, it will stay unblemished and maintain its appearance for many years. 4. Alarm
The alarm function of the E21 00 is extremely user friendly and can be set for five minute intervals. Simple & Safety Operation
Setting the time, chronograph and alarm functions is very easy. Each has its own dedicated buttons making all these settings error free. In addition, to avoid an unwanted interruption while the chronograph is functioning, the reset button is automatically disabled.
